Return and refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@bellevoux.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You must send the item to our headquarters in London and email us the return tracking information.
Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and either replace the item or issue a full refund based on your request.
Important: If you return an item without first contacting our customer service team, our quality department may deem it non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Support team at info@bellevoux.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Orders remain in "processing" status for 6 hours before being forwarded to our fulfillment center for immediate dispatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
You are entitled to a full refund or exchange if you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is a problem. To support your claim, we require a video clearly showing the issue to be sent to our customer service team.
14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT (EU CUSTOMERS)
Notwithstanding the above, if your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our regular return policy, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging—and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, your item will be inspected and, if approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 to 5 business days. A refund confirmation will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@bellevoux.com.
